This was raised at the Area Panel 17/5/22, and for a while after the collections improved. However, in the last few weeks there have been missed collections.

The Council has a duty to ensure provision of a regular, reliable recycling collection. Why does this continue to be an issue?

Response:
Over the last few weeks, we have had staff shortages due to the spike in covid combined with annual leave and other sickness. This has affected collections from Stonery Close and Dunster.
